ACTION PLAN IMPLEMENTATION AND CAPACITY BUILDING
Strategic Planning sessions result in action plans with specific objectives, responsibilities and deadlines required to manage identified challenges and actualize identified opportunities. The actions taken after the strategic planning sessions have the greatest impact on the organizations’ ability to accomplish the identified objectives and positively influence the accomplishments as well as the growth and development of the organization or team.
The Strategic Planning Follow-up sessions

•Support participants in individually and collectively developing and enhancing the skills required to accomplish assigned action-plan responsibilities
Build capacity for continuous effectiveness.
Identify and address the organizational impediments to accomplishment of specific strategic directives
•Identify and address immediate professional development needs (i.e., communication skills, problem-solving, team building, effective meetings)
