The Foundations for Corporate Success Program is designed to support the professional development of employees and new hires to ensure success and offer preparation for higher level positions and broader responsibilities.

PROGRAM DESIGN: The Foundations for Corporate Success is comprised of three modules.
MODULE I - SELF ASSESSMENT /SELF AWARENESS
Personal style assessment enables participants to recognize their personal style, recognize the style of others, and make the necessary adjustments for effective professional interactions. The ability to self-assess and make necessary adjustments is a major factor in effective professional interactions. The DiSC Profile is an option for participant assessment.

MODULE 2 - ASSESSING & UNDERSTANDING CORPORATION/ORGANIZATION CULTURE

Every organization has a culture that dictates priorities, values, practices.
With an understanding of the culture of the corporation or organization employees are prepared to assess their options. This workshop prepares participants to accurately assess the work environment, identify organizational norms and make appropriate adjustments.

MODULE 3: DEVELOPING THE SKILLS FOR SUCCESS

Once particiants are equipped with enhanced self-awareness and an awareness of the corporation's structure and culture they can focus on the soft skill developmen that is critical to professional success.
