Team building is a continuous process. CREATING SYNERGY FOR EFFECTIVE TEAMS is an effective foundation for that on-going process. The program is designed to create synergy for team collaboration, effectiveness and productivity. The workshop is an interactive process in which participants enhance their awareness of personal style, the impact of personal style on group dynamics and focuses on the basic skills that support teams in generating synergy.

Based on workshop topics selected, program participants will accomplish the following benefits:

  • Develop a greater awareness of personal style and how to effectively manage strengths and areas for development
